Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.

1. Firearms - It is solely the customers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the firearm(s) at the FFL prior to accepting the transfer. If there is a noticeable defect of any kind to the firearm, or associated case/contents, please simply refuse the transfer and we will arrange to have the firearm returned to us, at our expense, and issue the customer a full refund if a replacement firearm if unavailable. If the customer accepts the transfer from the FFL, we can then only refer the customer to the manufacturer for warranty consideration. If you are unable to pass your background check your FFL will need to contact us and a refund will be issued to you minus return shipping and a $30 restocking fee. Firearms that are non-compliant that have been shipped will only be eligable for 50% refund or a credit minus return shipping (no restocking fee charged). It is the customers responsiblity to verify a firearm for compliance in their state.

2. Accessories - ALL accessories found to be defective immediately upon receipt, must be returned to United States Armory for replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us and we will immediately arrange for a prepaid label to be emailed to you for the return of the defective item at our expense. Do not return items to the origional manufacture as we will not be able to issue a credit/refund/replacement. If an item is not able to be replaced, you may choose a different product or receive a refund. If the item you choose is priced more than the previous amount you are responsible for paying the difference. If the price is lower than the previous amount you will receive a refund of the remainder.

3. Ammunition and Perishable Items - Unfortunately, we can not offer any refunds or exchanges on ammunition or food items. All sales will be final at the time of purchase.

We support and respect your right to privacy. That is why United States Armory will never share your personal information with any third parties.

Credit Card Numbers Your credit card transaction is conducted through a secure server. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent directly to the payment processor and is never stored on our server.

E-mail Addresses Your e-mail address will never be given or sold to outside third parties for any reason even. The email address you provide us when placing your order will only be used for communicating information related to that order. This ensures that when you give your e-mail address to us for ordering, shipping, or account purposes, you will not receive any unrelated e-mails.

We do like to send out updates every now and then to keep you updated on new items. If you choose to subscribe to our emails you will be able to opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.

Personal Information We never give out your e-mail address, as described above. Any names or addresses provided will only be used by you the customer, and by United States Armory for ordering or shipping purposes. United States Armory complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws governing the sale, transfer and ownership of firearms.

Like many other items we use, when used improperly firearms can be dangerous. By purchasing through this system you agree to follow all manufacturer safety instructions and to only use the firearms and ammunition in a safe manner in an approved area for a legal purpose.

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE FEES

We take great care in every order placed at United States Armory. We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. This means that every item on the website is triple checked for accuracy. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate you will be charged a 15% Cancellation/Change fee. You will not be charged any additional fee for adding items to an existing order. By placing an order online or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 15% Cancellation/Change fee should you cancel or change your order. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our amazing customers.

ITEM AVAILABILITY (Guaranteeing you will get the item)

Occasionally we have only one item in stock and more than one person orders it. We will honor the first funded order. If we run out of stock we will contact you to let you know your order was not able to be fulfilled. We can hold your order until the item becomes available or we can cancel your order and refund your money without fees.

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions or pictures on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will return the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will not bill the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that United States Armory will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Typically, most items will ship within 7-10 days. Long guns and lowers may take between 10-15 days. During the holiday and peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Tax Season, etc.) shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We always work very hard to get your order to you, and apologize if there is a delay. We suggest making your purchase during peak shopping seasons at least 3-6 weeks in advance.

Right now, we do not offer firearms sales, but we are working as quickly as possible to allow firearms availability. Subscribe to our website and you will be notified when firearm sales become available.

An FFL is a Federal Firearm License. In order to sell guns, you must have an FFL. FFL holders are commonly gun stores, pawn shops, and retail sporting goods stores. All firearms sold to individuals online must be shipped to a local FFL holder who will then transfer the firearm to the individual. ATF Form 4473 is required to conduct a background check and usually supplied by the FFL. A Transfer Fee is also common.

Our site offers a wide collection of firearms. However, some states have regulations on what type of firearms are approved in their state. United States Armory does not support these regulations, but we are required to follow the law. We do our best to inform and offer alternative firearms that may not be compliant to some states, but ultimately it is your responsiblity to know prior to purchase. Firearms that are non-compliant that have been shipped will only be eligable for 50% refund or a credit minus return shipping.

Please communicate with your chosen FFL prior to completing your purchase with us to verify the transfer as well as their transfer fee. A common transfer fee is roughly $20 - $40, but many box store chains will charge $75 or more.

Yes! We offer consignments for firearms and accessories. We will work diligently to find the perfect buyer for your items. We will handle everything from taking the photos needed, taxes, shipping to the customer, and payments. When your item sells we will then send you a check with your profits. No need to worry about all the hard work.

It is very common for NEW guns to have been test fired by the Manufacture before leaving their facility to ensure safety and functionality of your new firearm. Any used, factory recertified, certified pre-owned, show guns, or guns in any other condition than new in box will be clearly marked as such on the website and in store.
